LFV® (Low Frequency Vibration) technology is an innovation in machining using low-frequency oscillations, developed and patented by the machine tool manufacturer Citizen.

​

This oscillation, generated along the axis in the direction of the cut, breaks chips into small fragments. This solves all problems related to the formation of long chips in ductile materials without affecting surface finish or dimensional accuracy.

 

Aware of the increasing demands for quality and timely delivery, we have adopted this technology to secure our production and continuously improve our customer service rate.

Equipped with a state-of-the-art three-dimensional control machine, we offer our clients the best guarantees in terms of measurements and traceability.

 

Our production equipment is directly connected to our 3D control machine through the USITRONIC© process. Dimensional corrections are now entirely managed by the cell, providing optimal reliability and security for our productions without human intervention.

This technology, developed in collaboration with CETIM, allows SUNAP to strengthen its commitment to the "connected factory of the future."
